Reward-ledger audit
Reconcile Shuffle VIP Progress and Rakeback Rewards
VIP labels and reward banners do not explain the underlying calculation. Capture the current programme rules and reconcile eligible activity, accrual, claim and balance credit period by period.
Open Shuffle and inspect the current VIP ledgerFreeze the programme version
Save the current VIP tier, progress measure, reward period and claim conditions shown in the account. Record the timestamp because programme rules can change.
Do not apply a percentage from another tier or an old review. Identify whether the display refers to wagering volume, theoretical loss, points or another metric.

Use settled eligible activity
Export or record qualifying sessions for the same reward period. Exclude voided rounds, unsettled bets and categories the current rules do not count.
Separate wagering volume from net result. The programme may not calculate rewards directly from deposits, withdrawals or visible turnover.
Match accrual to credit
Record the accrued reward, claim time, credited amount and destination balance. Note whether the reward arrives as cash, restricted credit or another benefit.
If the figure differs, mark the first period or category that does not reconcile rather than disputing the full account history.

Ask for the calculation basis
Send one period, its eligible activity and the displayed-versus-credited difference to authenticated support. Ask which rule or excluded item explains it.
A VIP tier is not a reason to exceed an entertainment budget. Treat rewards as secondary to personal loss and time limits.
Shuffle questions players ask
Is Shuffle rakeback always a percentage of deposits?
Do not assume so; read the current account rules and identify the actual progress metric.
Why should I compare one reward period at a time?
A narrow period makes missing activity, exclusions and claim timing much easier to identify.
