Read the correct explorer

Open the transaction hash on the explorer for the selected chain. Check status, destination, token contract where relevant, amount and confirmation count.

A hash on the wrong network does not prove that Shuffle can credit it. Record the exact mismatch and ask about recovery rather than making guarantees.

Match the account ledger

Compare the confirmed amount and timestamp with Shuffle deposit history. Account for a live minimum, supported token and any crediting threshold shown for that route.

Keep promotional credit separate from the underlying crypto deposit. Save the balance before and after any manual correction.
